Day 2 is the highest and most demanding day in the current narrative. Distance, altitude, pacing, weather and personal circumstances all shape the experience, making thoughtful preparation especially valuable.

Yamdwar → Diraphuk
The outer trek begins. The landscape opens toward the northern face of Kailash and the rhythm of the Parikrama becomes real.
Diraphuk → Dolma La → Zutulphuk
The longest and highest day: ascent, thin air, Dolma La, a major descent and onward movement toward Zutulphuk.
Zutulphuk → completion point
